A building situated in St. Petersburg on Marata st. (Nikolayevskaya st. before 1918), bd. 40 is a former apartment house of merchants Smourovs. It was built in 1879-1880 by an architect Andreev M. A. in eclectic style.
North Flower Boutique Hotel occupies part of the building on the 1 and 2 floors. Reconstruction of the building took place in 2018-2019. Rooms and public zones interiors are completed in a classic style with modern elements. Interesting works of St. Petersburg artists harmonically complement the atmosphere of the Hotel created by the designers.
